Yin: Slower paced class designed to work deep into the connective tissue and fascia networks of the body. Fewer poses with longer holds ranging from 1-10 minutes of stillness in each posture. For all skill levels

Power Vinyasa: A flow designed to match movement with breath. Faster paced with more challenging poses thrown into the mix. For all skill levels.

Slow Vinyasa: A slower paced, but still flowy practice. Less challenging poses, and more deeper stretches. For all skill levels.

60 Minute Session

$60 for one student

+$10 per every additional student

90 Minute Session

$80 for one student

+$10 for every additional student

Zoom classes available for students who prefer to practice at home.
